This was my first service visit. I did not view any of the work being done. Both my daughter and daughter-in-law always get they cars wash and vacuumed at their dealers. It was raining the day of my service but at guess I was thinking I would get the inside vacuumed. My disappointment. I know for next time. I has marked NO in the rec serv box just because I don't think I will have an opportunity. And how could I rate an Eric I did not see????? More
