DONOT go to Chevy dealer of sunrise highway in queens ny ! They are the worst dealership I have been too ! They are very rude and unprofessional! In the middle of your sentence .everyone I have spoken too says they have nothing to do with service department .tried to speak with manage ment and they are even unreachable! My car has been there since Saturday it is now Tuesday and no one has bothered to reach out to me, I tried dropping of on the first occasion and all though I had an appointment for 12 pm my car was never looked at and others were seen that came after me before me ! This place is not good for anyone !!! Stay clear ! More

Quoting an initial price of $35,000 for the 2023 EUV Bolt, later lowering it to $32,000, only to arbitrarily tack on an extra $10,000 with no clear explanation. This experience has left me with a sense of disappointment and mistrust in the dealings of this dealership. More

Then have to wait 8 hours for a 15 minute warranty fix. They use a third party reservation company and don't employ enough Mechanics or managers. I suggest you buy and service elsewhere with a reputable company with honest employees. Next call NYPD More
This is the worst car dealership I’ve ever been to. This place is a total rip off. I was told to bring the car to service this morning at 7 AM. The people that work here are rude and disrespectful, I was talking to the service guy. He told me he didn’t wanna hear it to get in the back of the line like everybody else. I am going on the radio and blast. This place is horrible. The sales rep took my ID my drivers license home with him I don’t know what kind of scam the running , but I know they cars are trash. More
Initially, I had a horrible experience at Sunrise Chevrolet, but Shela, the rep, and the technicians, rectified the matter. My first interaction occurred on November 25th, the day of the initial appointment. When I arrived, I was told my car won't get looked at because they were short staffed. The service agent said she would talk to her manager and they were able to inspect my car. I left and after a few hours, I received a call informing me of the services that they would have to perform, the cost of the non-covered services and that they would order the necessary parts for the repairs. When I arrived to pick up my car, the customer service representative said the parts would be in by Monday, November 28th, and that she would call once the parts were delivered. Monday came and no call. Tuesday came and no call. I called Thursday and Friday to inquire about the status of the order and no one answered. I left voicemails and my call was never returned. I considered going to another shop, but I would have to pay the diagnostic fee so I decided to just wait. I finally got a call on Tuesday, December 6th; eight days after the estimated arrival date. I scheduled an appointment for Friday, December 9th. I arrived on Friday and I was told that the car couldn't not be serviced that same day, but that it would be ready by Saturday morning- totallyunderstandable. I accepted and left my car. Saturday morning came and no one called. I became worried and decided to call them. I started calling around noon and every time I called the service and parts department, no one answered. Around 5pm, a kind service agent answered and she took it upon herself to investigate the status of the repair. She informed me that the delay was due to a missing part; they had two weeks to order the necessary parts for the repairs. Two weeks is sufficient time to order and inspect the parts to ensure nothing was missing! I was livid upon hearing the news! I spoke to the sales manager because the service/parts manager was out. The manager didn't offer a single way to rectify or address this matter. He apologized, but he kept blaming everyone and everything else (e.g., the representative, the order itself, the absent sales/parts manager). The manager said he understood why I was frustrated, enough though I said that I wasn't frustrated, I was furious. Not only was I invalidated, but he continuously failed to address me by my correct prefix, even though I corrected him multiple times. He finally said he would inform the service manager and that someone would contact me on Monday. Then, he proceeded to hang up on me. I felt disrespected by the lack of professionalism and customer service decorum. My calls were not answered, voicemails with requests for calls are not returned, no status updates are provided, there seemed to be no accountability, and lastly, I felt as if there was no regard for a customer's schedule or demands. I had to rearrange my work schedule to accommodate this preventable delay. I understand that delays happen, but what infuriated me was the lack of communication and the disregard for a customer's schedule. Luckily, Shela and the technicians came to my rescue. They finished all the repairs by Monday afternoon and I was provided with a generous discount. The initial interactions left me with a sour taste;however, I am glad and grateful that the matter was rectified and addressed accordingly. Thank you Sunrise Chevy. More
Crooks which seem to prey on the elderly Avoid at all costs!!! My parents, which are each 90 years old m, went there with the car they had purchased from Sunrise two years ago, for a state inspection . T costs!!! The car had 6000 miles, no issues and was perfectly maintained After being serviced, my parents were told battery had been disconnected resulting in a check engine error. The inspection could not be completed because it required the car be driven 200 miles first which Sunrise would perform for five hundred dollars My parents paid for an incomplete service and left dealership. Obviously Sunrise has lost a customer and an opportunity to make a tidy profit flipping a trade-in in future! More
I have a 2020 Equinox, they scratched my car on Monday, April 4, 2022, then I brought it back for something else on or around on Tuesday, May 12, 2022 & the scratched it again, I spoke to the Manager, Domi April 4, 2022, then I brought it back for something else on or around on Tuesday, May 12, 2022 & the scratched it again, I spoke to the Manager, Dominik Tolstykh & to John Service Manager about the problem, the Manager suggested that he'll send to Employees to my Apt in Long Island, they would take the car to the dealer then to the Body Shop. The first time I had to Pay out of Pocket for the Loaner from Enterprise & wait 2 to 3 months before I got my money back. Now the Body Shop said that it will take 2 to 3 days, the dealer won't give me a loaner, He's very nasty & doesn't know how to talk to customer & John the Service Manager doesn't care about the customer, he'll do what the Manager tells him. IF YOU DECIDE TO BUY OT LEASE DON'T GO TO SUNRISE CHEVROLET THE PEOPLE WHO CHECK YOU CAR IN ARE VERY PLEASAND, INSTEAD GO TO MILLINIUM CHEVROLET IN HEMPSTEAD.I WILL NEVER GO TO SUNRISE. I have needed 3 service calls in the last few months. My service advisor ,MARTIN, made sure all was perfect. I mean repairs and getting the car back to me AHEAD of when promised. I bought my 2016 Malibu new here and always had my service done here as well. I had an issue in September, my car would not start and had a service Stabilitrak code come up. I had the car towed to the service done here as well. I had an issue in September, my car would not start and had a service Stabilitrak code come up. I had the car towed to the dealership and asked that everything be checked out fully since my warranty was up at the end of September. They charged my battery and told me everything was fine. By the way, this is the new battery I purchased there in March. Two weeks ago I had the same issue, called and explained my issues to the woman who answered the phone and was told my service advisor would return my call. I am still waiting. I have been on some Chevy forums where several people have complained about the same issue. There is obviously a problem, but apparently they can't be bothered calling me back or finding out what the issue is. I used to be a satisfied customer, not anymore! I will not bring my car back there again and will never again recommend this dealership. Everything was okay until they were sold. More
