NY state Doc fee $175.00 which is normal by state law but then they tack on the Clsoing fee that I mentioned above. They pad the interest rate on the loan they make you finance through their lenders, Just outrageously dishonest. Dealer prep( $895.00). . What prep, its a late model used car. Run far away from this business, Below they require you rate someone you worked with. That person isnt even listed so Im picking a random person. Actually the guy I dealt with was professional and courteous, its the business model and ownership thats the issue. More

Quoting an initial price of $35,000 for the 2023 EUV Bolt, later lowering it to $32,000, only to arbitrarily tack on an extra $10,000 with no clear explanation. This experience has left me with a sense of disappointment and mistrust in the dealings of this dealership. More

I have been trying to cancel a warranty for 3 months. The accounting manager promised me a return in 10 days on July 24th and I have yet to receive anything. I called Chase they have nothing pending. I had a bad experience with this dealer branch. They are not honest. First they did not sold me the Jeep for the price as advertised, they over priced me. They were supposed to fix a used Jeep that They are not honest. First they did not sold me the Jeep for the price as advertised, they over priced me. They were supposed to fix a used Jeep that I purchased from them and they didn’t want to, I had engine issues 2 weeks after I bought the Jeep from them and they told me they don’t make engine and I would ought to pay the cost out of my own pocket. Based on the lemon law they are responsible to fix the issue and they refused. I had to get the Jeep fixed with my own money. I took them to court to get reimbursed and they didn’t show in the courthouse twice. The court settled the case on my favor. It has been almost a year now, they still haven’t reimbursed me my money. Then have to wait 8 hours for a 15 minute warranty fix. They use a third party reservation company and don't employ enough Mechanics or managers. I purchased a car on 5/3/23 and they were supposed to fill my tank with gas. Due to the time I was advised I could fill it and return with receipt for reimbursement. When I call I get disconnected and Michael Gonzalez the sales rep is now ignoring my emails. This is unprofessional as all I want is what was promised to me.
