However, upon arrival, I found that the vehicle was not available—an unfortunate bait-and-switch tactic that immediately lost them my business. Frustrated but still determined, I happened to drive past Sunrise Chevrolet and decided to stop in. That’s when I met Kevin Campbell, and I’m glad I did. I explained what I was looking for, and unlike my previous experience, Kevin was straightforward and honest—he told me they didn’t have the vehicle in stock but would work on getting one transferred from another dealer.
