Great Service! Great Purchase! We drove 2 1/2 hours from Central IL in response to an online ad for a 2001 Buick LeSabre. The salesman who assisted us was Javier Guzman. We cannot say enough about the superior service that Javier gave us during our purchase. Because the car was older, we wanted to make sure that there were no glaring known problems with the vehicle. Javier explained that the vehicle had to pass union shop inspections to even be put on the lot, that minor problems would be fixed, and, if the problems were too great, the car would go to auction, rather than be put on the lot for sale,. When we asked for a copy of the shop inspection, he provided it. When we asked for an explanation of the codes, he brought in another gentleman to explain the codes. Because of Javier's attention to our concerns, we left Sunrise Chevrolet feeling that we had purchased a very good car, at a reasonable price. We would, most definitely, recommend Sunrise Chevrolet to our friends. Equally important, we would highly recommend Javier Guzman as a salesman who is knowledgeable, courteous and concerned about making the purchase of a vehicle a positive experience. More

Jeff explained all the features as we did a test drive. I drove one way and my wife drove back to the dealership. WE were with DAN, the Manager on pricing and extras. This is the vehicle I wanted, but I couldn't quite finance yet. Our overall experience was unbelievably great unlike another dealership we had previously visited.
