After the test drive and looking at different used cars we were still unsure, until I saw the Impala. I had never been inside one or driven it but we did that night and we both loved the car. It was decided then to purchase the car and we love it. The service Luciana gave was excellent, he took his time, explained the vehicle and the costs associated with purchasing it. We worked with Brian last year when my boyfriend purchased a used car for his son and the experience was fantastic and his son is crazy about the car. Rick made the financing easy to understand and it was also a quick, easy process. I believe very strongly in service and this team offers just that - amazing service. I'd looked at used earlier in the week with Frank Vittorio, emailed with him during the week and then came back Saturday to look at new and ended up getting a great certified used Equinox with Nick Iannacco (Frank was with another customer when I came in). They were both great and were determined to get me into a car that had everything that I wanted and was within my budget. It took a long time, several different cars, and a lot of number crunching to finally get me a great vehicle, but Nick helped make what is normally a very stressful experience very easy. I never once felt pressured and financing with Rick Mackintosh was a breeze. Sunrise is definitely a great place to buy a car! More

Nick is AMAZING! I didn't plan on getting a car when I went, I was just looking, but Nick made things so easy and helped to get me an amazing price. My previous Accord I didn't plan on getting a car when I went, I was just looking, but Nick made things so easy and helped to get me an amazing price. My previous Accord wasn't doing too hot, so I was out looking specifically for a Spark. Nick never tried to convince to buy anything more expensive, and was completely honest throughout the experience. When I was unsure about the color he brought my choices into the garage where it was not below freezing. When I explained my where I wanted my price point he told me what he could do, and did get me there. Richie also came out and spoke to us, and really gave us some background knowledge that was helpful. I never once felt pressured, and everyone there went out of there way to make my car a reality. Nick has stayed in touch with me, and I really appreciate that. I would send anyone that I know looking for a car to Sunrise Chevy! More
