He was very open and honest, and was very very friendly. I would buy another car from him in a heartbeat. We didn't feel pressured or swayed to any particular model, and I appreciate that. We test drove a Cruze, a Malibu, a Tahoe, and we settled on a Volt. We LOVE this car. I was looking for a car on the internet with the help of my brother. We found the best price at Sunrise, I live in Rockford Illinois my brother lives in Aurora, he called Sunrise and talked to Mike to set my brother. Ruben worked very hard and fast to locate just what I was looking for but also gave me a couple of options. He was never pushy, which it very important to me. Once I decided on a vehicle he quickly got everything together including the price and paperwork. I never had to deal with the - let me go talk to my manager - back and forth. Sales, management and finance all seemed to work seemlessly together to get me in and out. This was by far my best car purchasing experience. More
