Glad I came here! I was looking for a used Scion tC through various generic websites, so I wasn't looking for specific dealerships or any place in particular. I knew I I was looking for a used Scion tC through various generic websites, so I wasn't looking for specific dealerships or any place in particular. I knew I would end up wherever there would be one. Found the car I was looking for at Sunrise Chevy and very glad that I found it there. I walked in the wrong side of the building but was greeted and taken care of right away by Manny. He had some other customers at the time but took care of me. Went for a test drive, went over my trade-in, talked numbers, and everything was great. I didn't have a ton of time since I had an event that day and I let them know my time constraints. Manny and the rest of the team worked hard at getting everything completed as fast as possible and got me out the door just in time. I could see he was sweating from running around getting paperwork, but he was still straight forward with everything. They worked hard with me to get the price points that I wanted and Rick worked even harder to give me a longer warranty at a great price. They did everything they could, which is just awesome! I couldn't ask for more from a dealership, everything was much better than I expected and I'm so happy I ended up going there. If I want to jump in a new or used Chevy down the road, I'm definitely going back to them! Highly recommended! More

From a woman's point of view We were there for less than a minute and were greeted by Jayson Roque, our sales person. From the first second and for every second after that Jayson We were there for less than a minute and were greeted by Jayson Roque, our sales person. From the first second and for every second after that Jayson spoke to us in the same consistent and respectful manner of helpfulness and not selling. He proactively listened, asked questions and provided answers. The process was simple and we bought a 2014 Traverse onsite a few hours later which can be directly attributed to Jayson. In addition, Sean Donato, was called in to speak with my husband over the pricing and Sean also spoke to each of us in a calm and respectful manner. Both were professional and just plain nice. We visited two other dealerships in the area prior to visitng Sunrise. One dealership didn't seem interested in helping us and we got the feeling we weren't spending enough money to make it worth their time. The seond dealership seemed to want to divide my husband and me and spoke in one manner to him and in another manner to me. It didn't feel like a good experience at either dealership. I cannot stress enough how much I appreciate my experience at Sunrise. It meant alot to me that they were consistent in what they told us about pricing and about the car. When our car needs servicing for anything I will defintely be taking it there. I would highly recommend this dealership, but more than anything, I would recommend Jayson Roque. More
