Well recently i had gone to dealer for service on car and as always i was treated well and kept up to date with the progress on my car. I always feel like i am part of the Chevy family when i am at the deale as always i was treated well and kept up to date with the progress on my car. In addition i have been in constant contact with my sales rep as i have 2013 Malibu eco that doesn't really fit my needs and would like to go back to Impala, My sales rep has advised that he will work hard to get me the car i want. My sales rep has always gone above and beyond to help me and I always leave the dealer satisfied and I have recommended the dealer and my sales rep to several people and a few have bought cars from them and there are more to come. I have been buying cares since 2003 and if i buy new car it will be my 5th car and everyone at the dealership knows who I am and always makes a point to say hi when i am there. There is no doubt on why this is a popular dealership as they are friendly work hard and ensure that all their customers are happy. Anytime i buy a car or have service done I always get a follow up call/e mail to see how my service was or how I like the vehicle so far. Never been a fan the games that sales depts play when customers are purchasing vehicles especially females. Such was not the case at Sunrise. I was pleasantly suprised, finance dept manager Eric searched customers are purchasing vehicles especially females. Such was not the case at Sunrise. At no time was I pushed to purchase more than I came into the showroom looking for. Details of ammenities (XM, Onstar, manual option on gearshift) on the vehicle were explained, given a tour of service dept and warranties fully explained.
