The price of a new car wasn't really an option for us, so we've kept an eye out for used options, but never believed we could afford the Impala. Recently, a new car became a necessity. After scouring the internet for cars that we imagined were more our budget, we just happened to see an Impala in our price range at Sunrise. Not an hour later were we test driving the car. Matt Dickerson handled the sale of our car and totally worked with us to get the car we wanted at a price we could afford. Never felt pressured. Class act In the last month I had been looking for an Silverado Crew Cab and went to 2 other dealers prior to Sunrise. The first dealer was a very bad experience and I would never recommend that dealer to anyone. The second dealer was better then the first but could not come close to meeting my needs for price or vehicle. I searched the web for a vehicle and came across Car Gurus and found 2 vehicles at Sunrise. From the email I received from Trisha Kurtz to talking with Jason Roque on the phone. When I arrived to Sunrise I was very impressed with the facility and the professionalism of the people. When I met Jason he appoligized right away explaining he had another client and brought me to Lucianno Garcia; lets just say I then purchased a vehicle. Awesome group of people After getting a run-around from another dealer, I landed at Sunrise. Dan Schomer, located the exact truck I wanted and made a dealer trade with a loc After getting a run-around from another dealer, I landed at Sunrise. Dan Schomer, located the exact truck I wanted and made a dealer trade with a local dealer. I negotiated and purchased a 2014 Silverado from Jason a Roque who was assisted by his sales manager, Dan Schomer..I was satisfied with the deal. After a few days, I saw a paint flaw on the truck. I took it to a body shop and it was confirmed that the drivers side of my new truck had been repaired and poorly re-painted. I brought the truck back to Sunrise and was immediately greeted by sales manager, Dan Schomer And the general manager Dan Kurtz. They were appalled that this truck was repainted and traded to them by another dealer. Without hesitation, I was told that they have a reputation to uphold and this truck is unacceptable. Dan Kurtz told Schomer to get on the computer and locate me another comparable truck. Within three days I was given a new truck and could not be happier. I later learned that this is an acceptable practice and as consumers, we do not have to be notified of damage if it does not exceed 10% of the price of the vehicle. This type of unethical practice will not happen at Sunrise. I am totally satisfied with the service I received from these three gentlemen. They were duped by that dealer and took the hit to keep me satisfied.. I will never purchase a chevy anywhere but Sunrise Chevrolet...Dan, as long as you keep giving this type of service I will remain a loyal customer. Keep up the great customer service!!! John More
