They gave reasonable pricing without trying to take advantage of me as a first time buyer. They showed me everything up front, I was able to see how they came to the number we agreed upon, what exactly was included in that number, and the Carfax report showing the history of the car. They also gave me several different financing options and explained the differences thoroughly to help me choose the best fit for me. I definitely felt like I was in better hands. The entire experience was so much easier than I was expecting, especially after the nightmare I had previously. The employees are incredibly friendly and helpful.
