Check. Responsiveness. Check. Price. Check. My experience with Richie and Jeff at Sunrise was nothing short of amazing. Just for reference, I had my eye on a Chevy SUV in a very specific color, interior, wheel size, option package ... And obviously, price point On my own and through 2 other dealerships, I struggled to find a vehicle that even came close to the truck that I wanted. On a whim, I turned to the dealership that was back in my hometown and tried my luck with Sunrise ... Gosh, I wish I would have started with them to begin with. 8am to 9pm ... Monday to Saturday (and even Sunday) ... Richie and Jeff did everything in their power to make my dream car a reality. Throughout the entire process, their communication was incredible - I never felt lost or that they forgot about me Simply put, I felt like I was receiving the royal treatment. Call/Text backs within an hour ... Detailed answers to all my questions ... Clear,defined expectations and concise breakdowns on financing and lease terms. Though we initially struggled to locate MY VEHICLE, I received an update from Richie and Jeff 2x a day and always knew where I was in the process. Through all their hard work and After only 7 days, Sunrise pulled off the impossible.They not only found car, but also checked off every single item on my wish list ... And then some ... In the process! With that said, I am happy to say that thanks to Sunrise Chevy in Glendale Heights, I drove home in my dream car tonight (it still hasn't sunk in). To anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle, you would be doing YOURSELF a disservice by not starting your search at Sunrise. I promise you will not be disappointed. Great experience at Sunrise I went to Sunrise to look at an Equinox and a Malibu. Jayson met me at the door, walked me through my options and offered options. I left not sure debating which make of SUV I wanted, I emailed Jayson and called with questions, he got back to me timely and explained he would be there if I had more questions. I ended up purchasing the Equinox from Jayson 2 days later. It was a great experience. I had been to Sunrise in the past with and been ignored as if my purchase was not ii,potent. Excellent Customer Service After paying the last repair bill on my 2000 Monte Carlo, I realized it was time to upgrade to something newer, smaller and more fuel-efficient. After deciding that a Chevy Sonic was the car for me, I looked around and saw that Sunrise Chevrolet was one of the highest rated Chevy dealers in the area - and rightly so. From the moment I arrived one snowy day after work, Matt took excellent care of me, and provided a level of customer service I never would have expected from a car dealership. We took the Sonic out for a drive while they appraised my Monte Carlo and, when we returned, were able to come to an agreement on a price that we were both happy with. I returned the next day to pick up my new Sonic and drop off the old Monte Carlo, and it's been the best decision I've made this year. I told myself that I would drive my old car until the wheels fell off, but Matt and Brian made the process so easy and quick, while sticking to my budget that I couldn't pass up on the opportunity.
