Yet Another Excellent Experience Purchasing a Vehicle I received a letter from Sunrise and it indicated that a good deal could be worked out to purchase my F-150 truck and purchase another vehicle for les I received a letter from Sunrise and it indicated that a good deal could be worked out to purchase my F-150 truck and purchase another vehicle for less than what I was currently paying. Well, this was indeed the truth. My sales REP - Matt Magnusson was given a hard job to satisfy my wife and I, we do not stand for any sales people who do not listen or attempt to push you into any vehicle that is on sale. Matt listened to us and even though another pickup was not in the stars, an SUV was there and between a selection of (3) - we went with the Traverse. Again, knowledge of the vehicles and letting us make the decision were all pluses my book. Matt showed and explained any questions we had on the vehicles and continued to look for other SUVs on the lot that met our needs and wishes. Working to help us with our decision were Jose Martinez and Eric Claeson (both who are current Traverse owners) - Jose was very helpful and friendly, everyone made you feel at home - I was glad I returned to Sunrise for this purchase. Jose was able to find additional trade-in money on the Truck and a saving on the sticker price of the Traverse - this was appreciated greatly. Eric remembered me from before, and tried to get the "best" deal possible - I was pleased by the savings he could find. Eric was able to get a great rate with ABS Citzens Bank and a lower interest rate. What I liked was that you are treated like family, they provide the best prices they can and also apply discounts for previously selecting Sunrise. It was nice to see Mike Fakhouri again, he has always kept in contact - he made sure everything went smoothly, it was a nice feeling. I would recommend Sunrise any day - I would mention to ask for Matt as well as any other sales person, but Matt makes you feel at ease and comfortable, he is never pressuring you, which is not always the case with a purchase of a new vehicle. Right now, Sunrise is two for two on my purchases, in a few years, I will no doubt return to you. Thank You for a "Good" experience with the purchase of my new SUV. Unbelievable Experience - Couldn't Be More Satisfied I have purchased 3 new cars in the last 3 years and this last purchase at Sunrise Chevrolet was by far my best experience. Jayson Roque was my salesm I have purchased 3 new cars in the last 3 years and this last purchase at Sunrise Chevrolet was by far my best experience. Jayson Roque was my salesman who made all the difference. He remembered my name from a year ago when I came in just kicking tires, and he greeted me with a smile and a hand shake. He is a friendly listener who only helped with my purchase decision and was never pushy. It was as if he was there as a friend helping me make a good decision and get a good deal. And that's exactly what happened. Sunrise Chevrolet's facility is very clean, well kept, and full of polite employees. Even the sales manager Dan Schomer was kind to me after I haggled him and Jayson for a lower price! In the end, we all worked together and I got a great deal. When I picked up my new Chevy the car was waiting for me in their showroom (wow) and Jayson greeted me with another friendly smile and hand shake. My new car wasn't just sitting outside dripping wet after being run through a quick wash (my experience with other dealerships). The car was immaculate and Jayson again made sure I was familiar with my new car and its features. I can honestly say I am 100% satisfied with my experience and WILL recommend Jayson and Sunrise Chevrolet to anyone in the market for a car or truck. More
