Just for reference, I had my eye on a Chevy SUV in a very specific color, interior, wheel size, option package ... And obviously, price point On my own and through 2 other dealerships, I struggled to find a vehicle that even came close to the truck that I wanted. On a whim, I turned to the dealership that was back in my hometown and tried my luck with Sunrise ... Gosh, I wish I would have started with them to begin with. 8am to 9pm ... Monday to Saturday (and even Sunday) ... Richie and Jeff did everything in their power to make my dream car a reality. Throughout the entire process, their communication was incredible - I never felt lost or that they forgot about me Simply put, I felt like I was receiving the royal treatment. Call/Text backs within an hour ... Detailed answers to all my questions ... Clear,defined expectations and concise breakdowns on financing and lease terms. Great experience at Sunrise I went to Sunrise to look at an Equinox and a Malibu. Jayson met me at the door, walked me through my options and offered options. I left not sure debating which make of SUV I wanted, I emailed Jayson and called with questions, he got back to me timely and explained he would be there if I had more questions. I ended up purchasing the Equinox from Jayson 2 days later. It was a great experience. I had been to Sunrise in the past with and been ignored as if my purchase was not ii,potent.
