Excellent Customer Service After paying the last repair bill on my 2000 Monte Carlo, I realized it was time to upgrade to something newer, smaller and more fuel-efficient. After deciding that a Chevy Sonic was the car for me, I looked around and saw that Sunrise Chevrolet was one of the highest rated Chevy dealers in the area - and rightly so. From the moment I arrived one snowy day after work, Matt took excellent care of me, and provided a level of customer service I never would have expected from a car dealership. We took the Sonic out for a drive while they appraised my Monte Carlo and, when we returned, were able to come to an agreement on a price that we were both happy with. I returned the next day to pick up my new Sonic and drop off the old Monte Carlo, and it's been the best decision I've made this year. I told myself that I would drive my old car until the wheels fell off, but Matt and Brian made the process so easy and quick, while sticking to my budget that I couldn't pass up on the opportunity.
