What kind of “service” is that…. Called them back the next day after picking up the car. I was told by the receptionist Mary “oh just go to Autozone and get antifreeze” and also having electrical issues since day 1 of purchase! Would not recommend to my worst enemy! Also sold me a Scam of a “extended warranty” foreign company if you search people who’ve used “Varitas” their claims are never accepted or better yet answered. It’s all a scam. STAYYY FARR AWAY. The advertised online price is not the price. They do mention in vehicle description that price is based on $1999 down. But believe or not they have a $2995 additional charge for their "185 point check" mention in vehicle description that price is based on $1999 down. So what else did they claim they checked that wasn't. When you sign the paperwork they have you sign a tablet one time and transfer that to all the paperwork. Sounds good but they don't show you the paperwork or give you copies of all the paperwork. Very shady finance guy More

This dealership is more about gathering your personal financial information than selling a car. Once they found out I wanted to pay cash no one could help me. I decided to go the financing rout because I have a high BEACON score and I thought well if they are so bent on financing the car I would just pay it off as soon and the bank sent out the first payment statement. Oh no, they wanted tax returns, bank statements, etc.. If you read their EULA on their online application they state “I authorize you to retain this application and any credit agreement as your property”. When it becomes their property they can do with it as they wish. I don’t want my information sold to strangers or on the dark web. I froze my credit and put fraud warnings on it as well. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else. More
