We went to the dealer for an explanation on Saturday. B.S. and R.S. ( Sales Manager) promised to contact their mechanics and get back to us on Monday. But they did not. When I called R.S. several times on Tuesday, he said he would definitely reply me on Wednesday. But he did not come back at all (nor did he reply my call) within the whole week. Took my car there to change the timing belt. After paying $580, driving my car out of the lot. The steering wheel was so heavy. I realized something wrong went with steering. They took it again for check. The service jerk "Robert" told me the steering wheel oil box was broken and needs to be changed. They broke it while servicing my car. Those thieves wanted me to pay additional $180 for checking and $310 for the replacement. I am currently suing them. This is not a dealer, or even a service shop.
