Good experience. Happy with purchase. I went to Sunnyvale Ford after going to another dealership. The sales rep there was able to work with me and "promise" me the deal I had negotiated. I went to Sunnyvale Ford after going to another dealership. The sales rep there was able to work with me and "promise" me the deal I had negotiated. However, after the agreement, I had not received the order confirmation for the new car. A week later, I called the dealership and they gave me the run-around about how my order had not been placed. After waiting an hour and a half while management tried to track down what had happened, I was able to place the order. They had told me I would be receiving emails once the order was submitted and processed, but I did not receive anything. I called biweekly for updates. Todd was very helpful and understanding and gave me the updates over the phone. Brandon also called and updated me as the car was in transit. The deal went well once the car arrived. More
