Whether it's customer service skills, or knowledge of the product, everyone does a pretty good job. Hamed Bayrami, who helped me search for my new car, was especially kind and helpful. When questioned about something outside of his area of expertise, he was honest enough to say that he needed to check, and then would research and get back to me. He went the extra mile to help me return my rental, and I am very grateful for that. He was friendly even through the moments when we disagreed on the price. Going to be honest, I find the prices too high, and my purchase was a huge stretch for someone with my income. However, that doesn't mean that I don't recognize the level of skill and professionalism in all the Sunnyvale Ford employees.
