Horrible Customer Service I recently called in about a recall on my Ford Edge due to an issue with the front passenger airbag. I had the misfortune of speaking with Christina w I recently called in about a recall on my Ford Edge due to an issue with the front passenger airbag. I had the misfortune of speaking with Christina who was completely ill-informed and rude. All she would tell me is that they didn't have the parts and that they were not going to be available until the "4th quarter" when I asked if this would be around September or October she just said didn't know and to contact Ford. When I asked if it was safe to allow passengers to ride in my front seat she said she didn't know and that I should call Ford... I called this dealership because they are a Ford dealership. I recommend informing your staff, specifically Christina, more about Ford vehicles & their recalls as an employee should know about their products. When the parts do become available I will be taking my car to a Ford dealership whose employees are not inept. More

Used car sales experience for a new car purchase I found the car online I wanted for the price I wanted to pay, but after 4 and a half hours I left the dealership exhausted, starving and paying way m I found the car online I wanted for the price I wanted to pay, but after 4 and a half hours I left the dealership exhausted, starving and paying way more than I wanted. The sales manager would tell me one thing and then I'd ask to see it in writing and when he'd come back 30 minutes later it would be something completely different. So I would tell him that's not what we had agreed upon and he would disappear for another 30 minutes and come back and it still wasn't right. This continued until I finally just gave in. Unfortunately it was the last day of a $10,000 rebate so I ended up signing the dotted line because it was still a good deal. But the sales managers are a bunch of slimmy used car salesman. The car was a brand new 2016 Ford Fusion Energi Titanium and online it said a 2 year lease with 0 down was $371/month. I ended up paying $465/month for a 3 year lease. I'll never shop there again. The customer relations manager was pretty nice though and helped smooth things over afterwards. More

Best Ford buying experience GREAT experience, GREAT people, up-scale sales floor, bathrooms felt like something out of a 5 star restaurant. They even had PS4 and Xbox One for the GREAT experience, GREAT people, up-scale sales floor, bathrooms felt like something out of a 5 star restaurant. They even had PS4 and Xbox One for the kids. I drove 40 miles to go to this dealership, would have driven 100 (no joke). Eric, my sales guy - very nice, completely professional and friendly. Haroon the sales manager, good man, true to his word, bent over backwards for me and made me feel like a VIP. Mo, the finance guy - extremely knowledgeable of finance options and vehicle products, and another honorable and good man. Lastly, Mr. Segund, customer service must come naturally to him - I could talk to him for hours. Definitely a great experience buying my truck from them.
