Service needs to be improved I leased a Ford Explorer from Sunnyvale Ford. Great vehicle, however the service could be improved. I had to visit four times to finally get everythin I leased a Ford Explorer from Sunnyvale Ford. Great vehicle, however the service could be improved. I had to visit four times to finally get everything organized (they couldn't even find the manuals for the vehicle so they gave me the current years manuals) and spent over 8 hours in the shop. The service is typical from a car sales person. They try to be your best friend before you buy, but once you have signed the paperwork, the post-sale service is terrible.
