Horrible experience, happy to take my money and even happier to leave me out to dry. An incompetent salesman did nothing for me or point me in the right direction when my brand new truck broke down with happier to leave me out to dry. An incompetent salesman did nothing for me or point me in the right direction when my brand new truck broke down with hardly 300mi on it 3 hours from the Bay Area. There was no urgency to make sure I was helped, looked after, or to ensure they would make it right. Multiple conversations with the GM provided me with little more than well articulated versions of “we can’t (read as: will not) help you.” All under the guise of “sticking to guide lines” and “our hands are tied with Ford.” If you’re a first time buyer don’t make the mistake that I did by going to the Sunnyvale Ford Dealership. You are not their customer, they do not care, and you’re better off getting a Toyota anyways. More
Waited 11 months for my '23 Ford Maverick Hybrid. I have nothing but good things to say about Sunnyvale Ford. The main person I dealt with was Jim Popal the General Manger. Others in his team that helped me were Jack the salesman, Sagar the finance guy, and Sabin the Internet Sales Manager. The dealer experience was totally stress free. Not even a mention of nitrogen for tires, VIN etching, perma plate, gap insurance, market adjustment or other nonsense. I was offered an extended warranty but when I said I did not want one, there was no further mention of it. I said I was paying cash for it so there was no offer of any financing. I have read a lot of dealer horror stories online but Sunnyvale Ford has to be one of the best. My highest recommendation. More

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with their service. Despite their claims of fixing the issue with my car, it turned out that the problem was still unresolved when I went to pick it up. On top of that, they managed to damage the door, making the situation even worse. Adding to my disappointment, the vehicle was returned to me in a dirty and unkempt state. What made matters worse is that they never fulfilled their promises and showed a complete lack of responsiveness. It was a highly disappointing and aggravating ordeal that left me feeling let down and dissatisfied. More

Sunnyvale Ford made our purchase very easy. He did a real good job explaining about the features of the truck. I fell in love with the truck when I saw it in the showroom. Capital Ford had a lot more inventory to pick from. But I felt the need to come back to Sunnyvale to do our purchase. Luis did a wonderful job. More
