Sunnyside Ford

I was very upset when I visited this dealership. I had heard good reviews but had a very bad experience. When I arrived and started looking a sales associate did come to greet me right away and seemed fr heard good reviews but had a very bad experience. When I arrived and started looking a sales associate did come to greet me right away and seemed friendly at first. I told him right away that I was looking to test drive but wasn't looking to buy at that time because I would need to discuss with my husband but wanted to test drive to see what I liked. Obviously the sales associate, Jeff Tripp didn't like that answer. He did let me take it for a test drive but was quite pushy the whole time and made me feel very uncomfortable. I told him multiple times I couldn't buy then and would need to talk to my husband but he kept pushing and pressuring me. I ended up going else where to make my purchase because of this sales associate. If anyone else goes to this dealership I would reccommend talking to a different associate and wish them better luck than I had. More

I went through a 3 month long process in searching for my first new car. I visited at least a dozen dealerships of various car brands and finally found that the Ford Focus fit me best. Jeff gave me ballpark figures and payments with not pressure to buy. I returned the next day to buy my car. Everett was thorough in putting the paperwork together. Everything was done out in the open and asked for verification. A wonderful experience in buying my car! I plan on buying my next one there years down the road. More

I visited Sunnyside after a miserable experience at Herb Chambers. I knew which car I wanted to buy, It was buried about 4 cars deep in the lot. Dan offered to get it out for me (this was about 10 minutes b Chambers. I knew which car I wanted to buy, It was buried about 4 cars deep in the lot. Dan offered to get it out for me (this was about 10 minutes before closing time) Which I was very impressed by. They couldn't offer me what I was looking for in trade, so I ended up selling my trade on my own and buying through Sunnyside using the x-plan. No hard sell on the extended warranty, no pressure to buy at any time. These guys were great. I would reccommend them to anyone More
