Sunnyside Ford

I bought a 2021 Ford Ranger form this dealer for full price. The truck developed a shaking issue from day 1 (probably a tire balance or universal issue) In addition the driver window developed a whistlin price. I scheduled in the service and the dealer did nothing to address any of it. They could have cared less. I went the next day and traded it in for a 2021 Toyota Tacoma at another dealer. I lost $6k on the trade in. I am beyond upset with Sunnyside Ford. Dealer does not care once they have sold you a vehicle. Horrible people - horrible service. More
