They set up an appointment for me and had it done within a few hours! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The waiting area is comfortable, and stocked with free coffee and cookies. The service attendant who checked me in, also personally came and got me when the car was finished. The staff was friendly and treated me professionally and with respect. I had questions about my extended warranty, which were also answered while there on my service visit. My only issue is that there should be instructions on how to use the state-of-the-art coffee maker. More
