No back and forth on pricing, down payment, etc. We had an hour drive to pick up the vehicle and had to bring our two little kids (2 and 6 months) with us. They made everything extremely easy and were great to our kids during the signing process. I cannot say enough about this dealerships top notch customer service. Very few places treat customers this well anymore and I would definitely go back to this dealership, even though its far from home, to buy my next car. More

We were greeted by Bob Capri who introduced us to Mike Foley. We picked up the car the next day, and so far it has been a joy for us to drive. Mike carefully explained the features while reassuring us that he would be available anytime to go over anything we didn't remember. I have called him twice with questions I had not thought to ask, and he has been most accommodating. They both made us feel welcome and 'part of the Chevy family'. They are indeed an asset to your dealership. Good job! By the way, we have been buying our cars at this dealership starting with when it was Prout Chevrolet. I find going into dealerships either for service or purchase can be intimidating but Ric this is the third car I've purchased from him in ten years. He recognizes what you need in a car and presents the best option for you. I went into the dealership with absolutely no intentions on purchasing a car that day and drove home in a Chevy Cruze which I absolutely LOVE! There's no doubt in my mind that I will be going to Rick for a fourth car in the future. More
