Sunnyside Chevrolet was a great experience. I found a used Lincoln Navigator online and when I arrived at Sunnyside Chevrolet the service was above and beyond the friendliest dealership I have ever visit used Lincoln Navigator online and when I arrived at Sunnyside Chevrolet the service was above and beyond the friendliest dealership I have ever visited. Took my car in on a Monday and Tammy Kopp greeted me with a smile and welcome. I told her about the issue that the transmission in my 09 Impala felt like it was slipping. After waiting an hour the mechanic s a smile and welcome. I told her about the issue that the transmission in my 09 Impala felt like it was slipping. After waiting an hour the mechanic said he couldn't find anything wrong. I was confused by Tammy assured me that due to the weather he might have not been able to notice it but bring it back if it happens again. The very next day it was happening so Neil Lester the Service manager reached out to me and said bring it back in and while they get your loaner car ready will go for a ride. Not 2 minutes of driving with Neil he has well noticed the issue. I returned to the dealership and was put in a 2014 Impala until my car was repaired (Which was under Warranty). Tammy called me several hours later to say they determined it was the Torque convertor that was slipping and that the warranty company wanted to send out a adjuster to verify and that wouldn't happen until Monday or Tuesday the following week. I was able to keep there Impala until the repairs where done so there was no issue. Repair was approved and my car was ready Thursday 6 days after I took it back in. I picked up my car and the very next day I had a shake in my car. So again Tammy sets me up to bring it back in and puts me in another loaner car. Now the front tire had an issue so I had to buy two new tires. Bottom line is Tammy has great customer service skills and is extremely friendly and I enjoy working with Sunnyside Chevy. They go the extra mile to make your service as good as possible. They understand you could spend your money else where but they make sure to take care of you and appreciate your business. More

My experience with Sunnyside and Kevin Chojnacki goes back to last winter when I was considering whether to buy or lease a Chevy Equinox. Kevin was very cooperative and actually listened. I explained my situation over and over to different reps in their showrooms and at the Auto show. Most didn't listen and kept pushing one way or another ( options and their timelines) as opposed to Kevin, who was very patient and provided the info as requested and made meel feel very comfortable in driving 45 minutes out of my way to do business with him. That positive experience back in Feb. 2013 caused me to go back now. I told Kevin last February that I would be in the market again in the fall/winter and he would be contacted by me then. I told this as well to several other sales reps from different dealerships, did they listen? No, bothered me all spring and summer. Kevin listened! So fast forward to this current leasing experience, everything went great. Looking forward to doing more business with Sunnyside and Kevin in a few years when my current leases are up. More

My wife contacted Sunnyside for a particular color and Sunnyside had the car and Rick contacted us with a price. When we went over to see the car Rick greeted us with a smile and a firm hand shake ( which Sunnyside had the car and Rick contacted us with a price. When we went over to see the car Rick greeted us with a smile and a firm hand shake ( which I look for from any person male or female) shows character. We sat down with Rick and he had a price sheet made out and I feel he gave us his bottom line price. My last new car was a 2005 Saturn Vue and the sales people were the same way in dealing with a price. Found out later that Rick sold Saturn's before. Before we went for a ride Rick went through and explained some items on the vehicle. We had gone and checked out another dealer a few days before and when we sat down with the sales person the price that was give to us seemed fair but the sales person would say maybe I can do this or do that for a better price. I did not like that type of sales person. Give me your bottom line price do not him haw around. Rick was always friendly and just put his foot forward to help make the right choice for us. If I know of anyone looking for a new car I would send them to see Rick. More
I called to order a 2014 car. When I arrived that evening Jake Baxter was ready to help me quickly build the exact car I wanted. Jake called to update me on the status of my order as it was built, chosen for random quality control check, and when it arrived. My car was stored inside until I could arrive, pay for it, and drive it home. Dave Samples walked me through all of the extra options and answered all of my questions. There is never any high pressure. This is my second car purchase from Jake so far. I look forward to purchasing many more cars from Jake and Sunnyside Chevrolet in the future. Thank you More
