No Pressure shop & Great Team work - easiest purchase ever! Stopped in to "shop" as our lease was to expire in a month. We were looking at upgrading from a Rav4 to an Equinox. We were welcomed into the dealer Stopped in to "shop" as our lease was to expire in a month. We were looking at upgrading from a Rav4 to an Equinox. We were welcomed into the dealership by a friendly receptionist who greeted us and directed us towards the vehicles. Shortly thereafter Brad Cline joined us while we viewed the vehicles available. We particularly like one vehicle and before you know it - Brad had the keys and said "go ahead" take it for a ride and let me know. This car checked all the squares on our list, AND had many extras (bells & whistles) that we didn't even know we wanted. We liked the ride & the vehicle but explained that we still had 1 last payment to make on our lease. Brad said - no problem - he ran the numbers and spoke with Manager Ryan Davila, and told us he could have us in that car for the monthly fee we wanted. Not only did they take our Rav4 - right there as our turn in, they covered our last month's payment and the turn in fee. And because they also have a Toyota connection, we were able to turn the car in right then and there. Finance walked us through a quick document process, and Brad even contacted our Insurance Company and printed off a new coverage card. He filled the tank and washed the vehicle. We had 0 (zero) out of pocket, at the monthly payment we wanted and were driving off the lot with our new vehicle inside an hour!!! Crazy Happy with the entire team at Sunnyside Cheverolet!!!! Absolutely loved the Impala, so they redid all of the paperwork, loan, registration, etc. and I actually ended up with a better deal than what I had with the Camaro! Fast forward a few days, i used the app CarGuru's and was able to get qualified for financing for the vehicle I wanted and submitted my info through CarGuru's to sunnyside and this time i was paired up with Denise Gurnack and literally was driving the car i wanted out of the dealership within 2 hours! Denise was absolutely amazing and actually cared and got me driving the car i wanted! She made sure i was happy with everything and answered any questions i had and even went out of her way to call my insurance agent to get them the info on the car to make the process a lot easier. Denise makes Sunnyside Chevy in Elyria a top notch dealership. I am very impressed and satisfied with the whole experience and will be referring friends and family to stop in and make sure they request Denise because she will get the job done. My Volt is beautiful and I can't wait till I can get out and drive it more when things improve regarding the corona virus. My only negative was that the staff in the dealership were not wearing masks during this unusual time in our country. Out of curiosity I decided to take a look at the cars on the lot. As I was thinking about the pros and cons of trading in my 2006, I met Denise. She showed me a couple of options to consider. There was no pressure, only suggestions and the consideration to allow me to think things through. I didn't even test drive a car on the initial visit. She called to offer me the opportunity for a test drive. Her personable, but not over-friendly or pushy, approach to the invitation made me feel comfortable. I took her up on the offer and I now own a low-mileage, like new 2019! She's good at her job! More
