Colleene is a great sales person, she knows her product and is quick to respond to requests, and I have delt with her for years and years. My only issue is that my last purchase (new Silverado from O'Brie and is quick to respond to requests, and I have delt with her for years and years. My only issue is that my last purchase (new Silverado from O'Brien Chevy, Vermilion) I could not get Sunnyside personel to give me a fair trade in value for my (2011 Camaro) I ended up receiving $2000.00 more from O'Brien Chevy. I wanted to stay with Sunnyside but the person in charge of car values at Sunnyside would not budge...at all.....so I went to Vermilion. Got my new truck with no quibbling at all! Fred Swanson More

This is the 4th car (maybe 5th car) that I have purchased from Rich - I will not deal with any other sales person. He makes it a point to know not only the product he is selling but to know his customers ne from Rich - I will not deal with any other sales person. He makes it a point to know not only the product he is selling but to know his customers needs. My father was very impressed with his presentation of the vehicle we purchased. She IS the internet salesperson YOU want to to speak with if you are ineterested in a new vehicle of any type. She will find the vehicle for you and guarantee the lowest price and make sure that any and all available rebates or offers are applied. This is the second new Chevrolet purchased since 2009 and the experience working with Colleen was immeasurably pleasurable. No Pressure and No Hype (substitue another word that begins with B for Hype). No problems with service of any type also. I had a defective seatbelt and took the truck in for repair and they INSISTED I take a loaner until they could get mine fixed. No begging or pleading on my part at all. More
