Coleen explained the Cruze LTZ and with a relaxed and know- ledgeable understanding of my concerns,offered a fair price for my purchase, coupled with an acceptable trade-in quote. Our experience here was horrible in the service department. My sister brought her car in to get serviced on a part that was covered by warranty. The people at the service desk first of all didnt have any idea and couldnt find the records of my warranty. My sister being 6mths pregnant was waiting to be taken cared of for almost 5hrs. She was there since 8-9am. They didnt offer her anything and no one knew what to do and didnt off alternatives. My dad had to come in to hurry up the process because the people in the service department seem to take advantage of women who arent familiar with car maintence. To add to the last bit of the worst day, the the mechanics broke one of the car parts that was brought to be fixed and blamed it on us that we broke it when we handed them all the parts of the part in a baggy. This dealership has a bad way in dealing with customers and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
