I was in the dealership having service on my 2009Rdx when mayhem sat down and started talking with me. The next thing I knowi'm talking with the sales manager about interest rates. He was able to get me in mayhem sat down and started talking with me. The next thing I knowi'm talking with the sales manager about interest rates. He was able to get me into a 2010 rdx for the same monthly payment. Took a day to think it over and then I called Kayham and said I'll take it! It was easy from then on. Kayham walked me through the whole experience from finances to how to use the bluetooth, he was very knowledgable, friendly and has a great sense of humor. At no time did I feel pressured about anything. They definitely changed my old ideas of the "typical pushy salesman". Overall I had a great experience and I love my new RDX. Thanks again to everyone Suzanne M. More

My TSX engine failed due to timing chain but I was told that the warranty was void due to flooding. After very long lawsuit with American Honda they settled and paid for the replacement engine and part of that the warranty was void due to flooding. After very long lawsuit with American Honda they settled and paid for the replacement engine and part of my legal fees. I was told engine replace with Sunnyside would cost $10K. I had it replaced at another shop for 5K. Avoid this dealer! More
We have bought four cars and, when I have been in for regular services, there is one man who has always provided us with outstanding service and he should be recognized. His name is Brian J. Miller. I purchased my new Acura in 1998, and now have over 120K miles on it. I never thought service was a reason to buy a car at a dealership until I experienced not only the fantastic sales folks (Joe C. in th miles on it. I never thought service was a reason to buy a car at a dealership until I experienced not only the fantastic sales folks (Joe C. in this case), but the unbelievable service folks. I have worked with David B. for many years, and he's always been incredibly thorough, as well as knowledgable and fun to talk to as well. Likewise with Joe. If I'm in the area I'll actualy stop in to say hi. Recently I started working with Brendon, and he's great too. If you buy your car at Sunnyside, they have a free loaner car when you get the car serviced, and free wash etc... All of these little things add up to convenience and great service. It saves me time to have a loaner and reduces stress on me. I trust that they're taking care of my car, and they don't dissapoint. A+ in all areas. More
I bought my 2005 MDX from Sunnyside and have had it serviced there ever since. Which means I get oil changes done there (I've skipped the over-priced "service interval" nonsense and simply choose when serviced there ever since. Which means I get oil changes done there (I've skipped the over-priced "service interval" nonsense and simply choose when to get certain other items attended to, e.g. cabin mirco-filter). Oil changes cost $45 unless I have and use a Sunnyside Acura coupon; then it's $28. Apparently, to access the oil filter, the front-right wheel has to be removed, or maybe it's just the plastic wheel-well guards. In any event, after a recent oil change I noticed a funny scraping sound when ever I turned my front wheel hard left. Well, the cause was that after a recent oil change the service person forgot to snap the plastic wheel well lining back into place. I tried doing that myself, but didn't have the plastic "snap lock." So, another 12-mile visit to the dealer to get that fixed (at no charge, of course). I would expect better attention to detail at a "luxury" dealership. An oil change ain't rocket surgery %^). More

I had an Acura Integra and they recommended I replace a part because there was a crack in the distributor cap and they heard a "clicking" sound. I had this replaced ($400+)and a week later, the exhaust pipe had to be replaced. I questioned if the clicking sound they heard was from the exhaust pipe and not the distributor. Someone from work told me the distributor cap should never have to be replaced. I found the owners manual on the Acura website and found the distributor was under warranty. When I questioned the manager, he diddled and daddled around, made me wait 15 minutes, then finally told me he could not find the document. I showed him the owner's manual that I had and he reluctantly agreed to pay back for the distributor work. So why wasn't I told the distributor was under warranty from the beginning????? Why couldn't the manager find the owner's manual? Very disappointing experience. I would definitely not recommend this place. I traded in my Acura a month later for a Toyota. More
