We purchased a New 2026 Durango from Sunland Park Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat. Every aspect of ordering the new car and the sale was outstanding. We picked Sunland Park Chrysler Dodge as our dealer Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat. Every aspect of ordering the new car and the sale was outstanding. We picked Sunland Park Chrysler Dodge as our dealership because of the excellent staff and knowledgeable people. Other Dealerships that we visited were not acceptable for us to order a new Durango! There product knowledge was subpar! Our Sales Rep BILL HAWKINS was absolutely amazing. Bill was extremely knowledgeable, very honest, and had excellent communications with us throughout the sale transaction. He, was very easy to deal with and very fair. He was always able to answer any question we had about the sale and the car that we ordered. He is one of the most notable car salesmen that we have ever had! I look forward to working with him in the future. He goes out of his way to make your car sale seamless and easy to deal with. Every request that I asked Bill to accomplished on our new Durango was 100% met. The dealership is very clean, well maintained and well managed. Our dealings with the General Sales Manager Jerry Gandarilla were very good. He worked with us on resolving a minor pricing question and we were very happy with the outcome. We traded in a car and we were very happy with the negotiated trade in offer. The car trade in expierence quick and easy. Our finance manager Ivan Ochoa was very through, quick and he was easy to work with. The Service Department had our new car delivery ready in very short order. Our new Durango was very clean, defect free and ready for us to take home shortly after it arrived at the dealership. I look forward to using the service department in the future. My over all New Car Buying experience at Sunland Park Dodge was FIVE STAR amazing. More

I had a great experience! Elizabeth was friendly and patient with all my questions. She let me and my husband go to the back to view the issues found with my jeep and the tech Elizabeth was friendly and patient with all my questions. She let me and my husband go to the back to view the issues found with my jeep and the technician explained everything while showing us. I dropped off my jeep on a Saturday and by Monday it was ready! From start to finish it was a great experience, if I could give more stars I would. More
Elizabeth Polacios in the Service Department is the very best representative I’ve seen in over 5 different dealerships in 5 different states. She displays responsibility, accountability, respect, courtesy, best representative I’ve seen in over 5 different dealerships in 5 different states. She displays responsibility, accountability, respect, courtesy, friendliness, and always keeps me updated on the stages of service my car is in. I hope to have her assigned to me every time I bring my car in for service. I was asked if I would be interested in purchasing a new car. I replied that I will not purchase a new car or truck from Dodge until they reduce their prices. Prices are out of control. However, the service center at this dealership is the best! More
Bought a challenger, no deals on nor did they want to deal. They gave me a t shirt which took over a year to get. The extended warranty is a headache. 3 times I have been in about my backup camera being deal. They gave me a t shirt which took over a year to get. The extended warranty is a headache. 3 times I have been in about my backup camera being too dark, they see no problem and now all my tires are separating, but I have to bring the car in to check it out, 90 mile round trip. No one is buying cars but the maintenance bay is full. Got to wonder. More
Dropped my truck off for a routine Oil change and tire rotation. I also had a check engine light on. I call Monday around 12pm and set up an appointment for 7am Tuesday morning. I dropped the truck off Mo rotation. I also had a check engine light on. I call Monday around 12pm and set up an appointment for 7am Tuesday morning. I dropped the truck off Monday night and left my keys in the drop box. I called the dealership and to check on the progress of my truck around 9am on Tuesday. I spoke to a gentleman who stated, " I do not see a vehicle in the system attached to your name or matches the description you've given me." After some time, he comes back on the phone and told me who my service advisor was and that they would transfer me to their direct line so I could get and update on my vehicle. I was sent the sent to voicemail, so I called back multiple time to be sent to voicemail and then was told the advisor was at lunch. I requested to speak to the service manager and was told he was at lunch as well. I did not get notified until 1:30pm advising me of who my service writer was and another message 15 minutes later Tuesday afternoon that they had just started on my vehicle via text message. Around 2:30pm I received a call from the service advisor asking me what all I would like done to the vehicle while it was at their shop and that they sent me a text of options and pricing that I could choose from. Mind you I check off all the boxes for services requested on the drop key envelope and I called the same day and set up an appointment over the phone with detailed information as to what I needed done on my vehicle. Once I told the service writer what I would like done, I was given a verbal quote and was then suggested an alignment and wiper blades. Neither of which my vehicle needed. I was told that the check engine light was on due to a Failed Regeneration (the truck is a diesel). The advisor stated that the technician had to do a "forced regen" and they would need to keep the vehicle overnight so the technician could test drive the vehicle for approximately 50 to 60 miles and make sure the check engine light did not come back on. I texted the advisor around 1pm Wednesday afternoon once again checking on the status of my vehicle and I received a text message around 3:00pm advising me that my vehicle was ready for pick up. I arrived Thursday around lunch to pick up my vehicle and when I got in and started it, my TPMS light was on with a low tire warning stating (35PSI) in my driver side rear tire. I told a service advisor who had a tech take the truck around back to put air in the tire. The tech comes back and shows me a picture of a nail in my tire on his phone. Then proceeds to tell me it will take him 45 minuets to remove the nail and fix the tire (we all know it does not take that long to plug and or patch a tire). The service advisor walked up and asked if I wanted to get it repaired in their shop, so they could start the write up process. As if they were going to charge me to fix it. Keep in mind this location does a 27-point inspection on ever vehicle that enters their service department, and I was not made aware of this while my truck was in the shop. I was even sent a report via text telling me that all 4 of my tires were in the green with plenty of life left in them. I did not have time for them to fix it and bought a patch kit and plugged it myself (all in a total of 20 minutes). As I got to looking at my bill I also noticed that the Code they recorded from my check engine light had nothing to do with my DPF system and the mileage that I dropped the truck off with was the exact same as it was when I picked the vehicle up. All in all, my experience here with Sunland Park Dodge was absolutely terrible and I will most definitely never be back to this dealership. I will also be reaching out to Chrysler and the general manager of the dealership making them aware of the service I received and the way Sunland Dodge and their employees are representing their name when it comes to service.
