We will NEVER do business with Sundance!!! Our first experience and last experience with Sundance: As we exited the vehicle to start wandering among the vehicle we were greeted by a gentleman Our first experience and last experience with Sundance: As we exited the vehicle to start wandering among the vehicle we were greeted by a gentleman on a golf cart, he wore sunglasses and couldn't shake our hands due the cigarette in his hand. His first question was 'Who are you here to meet'... which immediately made us feel as though we weren't expected at the location. Joe was attentive to our interests but ultimately did his best to push us into a vehicle that was well beyond the budget we stated when we pulled into their parking lot. I wouldn't have called Joe pushy until today when I called to have the $100.00 hold on the Canyon refunded to my credit card. He stated he was able to drop the payment to just $10 over our budget, when I advised him that did not change our decision his response was 'Really, you can't come up with the 10 dollars?' That response and the fact that their sales team hung up on me when I called in the first time solidified that we will NEVER do business with Sundance!!! More
We bought a 2004 Pontiac grand prix from Sundance. 6 days later, the engine blew. It was smoking and everything. We had to pay for a tow truck to bring the car back to Sundance. They tried to get us to sign later, the engine blew. It was smoking and everything. We had to pay for a tow truck to bring the car back to Sundance. They tried to get us to sign a paper stating that we were responsible to pay 85% of all charges. We said no. They worked with us, said the parts and labor would cost $2300without and we would inly have to pay $500. They told us they were going to put a used motor in it with less then 80,000 miles on it. A week later, we went to pick up the car, after they stuck us with the $500 dollar payment. We went to leave and asked them how many miles were on the motor so we could keep it in our records, and they tell us the motor has 140,000 miles on it. We are not happy at all with the services received there. They do not care about the customer, they only care about themselves. We got screwed over. I strongly suggest no one buys a car from them. More
