Couldn’t have asked for more The best part was the speed in which the whole process took, stopped in, asked a questions about a truck and in about an hour I was driving that truck The best part was the speed in which the whole process took, stopped in, asked a questions about a truck and in about an hour I was driving that truck to my house to show my wife. We went in a store for some camping supplies then I we were back at the dealership for less than an hour and done. The next day they took my new truck in to have a fifth wheel hitch installed then delivered it to me at a camp ground almost two hours away. Dishonest sales person I had a lemon I had leased from another dealership, I came here because of a previous good experience. Only to find out I was baited into an impossib I had a lemon I had leased from another dealership, I came here because of a previous good experience. Only to find out I was baited into an impossible deal. The sales person stated that I could purchase a Buick to get me out of the bad Chevy I had leased. The Buick offered wasn't one I was interested in but he swore to me that I could simply trade it back in on something else in a few months after the negative money from the remainder of the lease was taken care of and lose no money as long as the miles were kept low. Now I find out they are only willing to give half of the amount they originally said they would and now I'm stuck with a car I can't afford to keep and don't want. Watch out for the bait and switch tactics at this dealership. More

Buying my Terrain was a fun experience Mark gave it his all for me. He was able to find the Terrain I was looking for (White, SLT, & diesel), even though it was the end of the production ye Mark gave it his all for me. He was fun to work with and was able to answer anything I threw at him. This is my third vehicle from Mark (leased 2 cars for my wife) and it won't be my last. Jorge stated that he wanted to do the financial portion for me, so that I could be on my way and start enjoying my new Terrain. He fit me right in and I was out the door in no time.
