Big Ed was a God sent he and the finance crew truly worked a miracle where others failed.I would have been grateful for any ride at this point. But Big Ed, and his staff went above and beyond to help me get into a really nice car. I love my lexus. More

I went ar I had an absolutely terrible experience at this dealership. I went there to look at two Subarus I had seen them advertise on Craigslist. I went armed with my Carfaxes and Edmunds.com True Market Values. The cars were pitiful - cracked headlight cases just stuck together with a clump of glue, black specks in the oil, front grills hanging on by a thread, etc etc. The salesman I dealt with (a miserable dinosaur who is either very ignorant or the worst liar ever - or possibly both) insisted the cars were flying off the lot and wouldn't even come back with a counter offer (to my offer of exactly True Market Value as defined on Edmunds.com - actually he referred to Edmunds.com as "your belief system" and didn't want to hear about it at all.) He said the car I was looking at had only been there a week, but I knew from a Google search of the VIN that they'd had it for 3 months. I notice 8 days later they still have it (shock.) Their prices are 20% or more over the True Market Value (a term they don't want to hear), and they will trot out the Kelley Blue Book's very highest values as if the condition of their cars is beyond immaculate. Every time I pointed out some glaring flaw, I got the equivalent of a pat on the head with a dismissive "That's a two dollar part, that would be easy to fix." Well if it was so easy and cheap, why didn't they do it? After all, they had over three months to do so and the place wasn't exactly teeming with business. And especially since they insist on charging top dollar. It would have given the cars at least a semblance of maintenance or care. If you can avoid this place at all, I highly recommend that you do so. It's a buyer's market. If you must go, please be very, very careful and if you are a woman who has done her research, be prepared to be insulted in a very condescending manner. Two thumbs WAY down to this hideous stereotype of a stereotype of a used car lot. PS: As a personal (and immensely satisfying) aside, I got a beautiful Forester with HALF the miles of the ones I was looking at at this lot, for $800 less ... and much, much better maintenance. I went through a private party, and mostly as a result of my experience with this dealership I will never go to another dealership again. More
