Sales department can't be bothered to return inquiries regarding a potential new car purchase or trade in valuation. You'd would think that someone interested in a GT3 or Touring was serious.... Recently, we reached out to them regarding a Porsche trade in valuation. Again, no response. Too bad that their sales department is so dismissive as the folks in service are delightful to work with.
