This is the stereotypical slick car dearlership. This is the stereotypical car dealership and repair department. I called on Thursday and spoke with Paul (a service advisor), to see what they char This is the stereotypical car dealership and repair department. I called on Thursday and spoke with Paul (a service advisor), to see what they charge for an oil change with a synthetic blend and was told $39.95 and that I would need my tires rotated which Paul quoted at $19.95. I then verified they were open on Saturday morning. I had met wayne Schmitt and thought this might be a reputable dealership. BIG MISTAKE!! When I got there 40 minutes away, Paul now quoted me $63.95 for my $39.95 oil change and when I questioned it he said "oh I do so many of these I must have made a mistake". I turned to leave disgusted for wasting my time when he said he would adjust the price, ok maybe just maybe this might be ok. He told me the tire balance and rotation would be an additional $19.95. I said thats great because I only get a tire rotation and not a balance back near my home for that price. I asked for an AC check as summer is coming and wanted my freon topped off. I didn't know it was $$38.15 for almost a pound of freon. There seemed to be 5 software updates and they charge $35.00 for each, Paul said he would charge me $112.00. The final bill was $119.00. They found 2 oil leaks and charged me $$142.00 for an oil sending switch installed and $125.93 for an access plug. They then told me that my rear differential fluid was dirty, my bad, I assumed they would just drain it and add more. NOPE, another $139.95. When I got my receipt there were several errors, the $112.00 for the software updates were now $119.00, the tires had been rotated but not balanced, Paul said there must have been a communication problem, he told me I declined replacing a dirty air filter, which was also not true, no one had told me about it and my bill was now $676.96. I was outraged. It seems that this dealership made up for the oil change by nickel and diming me. I was really surprised to see the receipt said I needed an access plug and oil pressure switch (they just installed those), a rear differential flush (they just did that), and I needed a 4 wheel brake service. I just had the brake service done, all new, at Dick Norris Buick GMC in Palm Harbor less than 6 months earlier, so what were they going to do...another 4 wheel brake job. I was there from just before 10am until after 3pm. I have automatic front windows that go up and down with just a touch, not anymore. It seem they broke these. I would never do business with these people again and can only warn you of a slick dealership. Run. In my past I have found 2 auto dealerships that stand out by far, Ocean Honda in Holiday and my favorite Dick Norris in Palm Harbor. Unfortunately, because it was in reality a used car, the Uconnect and Mopar owners services on the internet were hard to get straight because they had not tranferred the VIN from the previous owner when he traded the car in. That should be something that is automatic. Lesson learned is to make sure the uconnect and mopar owners service info is transferred properly before you walk out of the dealer. More

Although Will seemed to be the younger guy there, he was a very approachable guy with a laid back way of sales. Will showed me around to a couple different cars and we discussed some of the cars that were more budget friendly. He showed me all the different features on each car and gave me a few brochures to take home. I did not end up buying that day because I like to shop around, however; I believe I will be back in soon. If anyone stops in make sure to ask for Will, he seemed to be the most friendly person I encountered there. More

Over pricing of new cars and used cars to pad their commissions.....Service: truly a joke, excessive waits for shuttle, no loaners when vehicle is being kept all day, always have to order parts and be inconvenienced a second time for the same problem, inexperienced technician who can not duplicate problems and don't want to resolve consumers needs........Owner: Willfully lies to your face about selling a defective under powered cars, all he wants is the signature, a poor excuse for a crooked businessman.......Finance: My personal favorite; this guy is a true deviant to his line of work, no honesty lies about payments//Sales tells you on payment and finance guy come up with one much higher. In addition, Capital One is partnered this as a reputable dealer for pre-approved loans..(NOT FOR LONG WAYNE) but finance guy is in bed with local companies like Exeter in Tampa who will approve the loan I might add but also give you a higher interest rate to rip off the consumers and talk them out of financing with Capital One. Sales people: nothing yo be said but truly incompetent in their field, and they try to steal vehicle sales right from under the nose of other sales people by selling a vehicle in process of being financed by one sales person to another customer; truly a disgrace to the car business (Rick). I WOULD LIKE TO ENCOURAGE ANYONE WHO HAS DEALT WITH THIS DEALER AND HAD ISSUES OR EVEN WOULD LIKE TO SHARE THEIR HORRIFYING STORY TO COME FORWARD; AS THIS IS FAR FROM THE END AND ONLY THE BEGINNING. I was stuck paying more money because they failed to pay them in time. Then 3 weeks after I bought a new truck, I get check engine lights, the truck stalls while driving, stalls at idle, I take it back for service, it needs $500 service for new spark plugs! What? Of course not covered under warranty. I have to pay a $150 dollar diagnosis fee. Emailed Trey and Wayne, sounds so helpful oh we'll talk to service advisor get back to you tomorrow. Oh sorry nothing we can do. Save your self the time and money and do not buy from these crooks. Get Wayne Schmidt with every car my xxx. More
