Mike and team did everything they could to help us in to the car we wanted. the interest was a little high. So this year for me and my husband 10 yr. wedding anniversary. We decided to get my husband new / used car or truck. Well we ended up buy a new car and used Jeep my husband has always wanted one. For me I wanted to refinance my car to get better interest rate instead he talked me into trading in my 2014.I thought that would put me upside down in payments but it didn't. with al the rebates and discounts I came out pay $ 40.00 more than I was with interest rate 4.5 Vs' the 13% I was paying and 3.5% on my husband jeep they keep us both where we wanted to be on payments. Thanks Mike and Team. GREAT JOB! More

Lease of Ram truck Parker was very capable and friendly. He was capable of joking around with us , which was a nice change. On January first I visited the Body Shop for Suncoast Ch I agree with the statements of the "recent reviews" from Mwags2511, Jeepsport and Kof123. On January first I visited the Body Shop for Suncoast Chrysler to get an estimate for the repair of a Front Fender and Rust on both Rear fenders. The estimate (surprisingly free of charge) took about 45Minutes and the associates were friendly and competent. So far the only positive experience. Because I wanted a technical check of the car (2006 Chrysler 300) and, if there were technical issues found, an estimate about the cost to expect for the repair. I was send to the Service Department to schedule an appointment. The Service Advisor in charge gave me the Service date (January 01th, 10:30 AM) and, after asking, told me that this Inspection takes approx. 45 min and costs 35.00$ plus Tax :-( ?). Transportation home and back after Inspection w. "Shuttle". When I dropped today the car on time off and described what I wanted, the Service Advisor asked me what I mean w. technical check and I had to explain that I expected that all potential risks should be checked, include and addressed in the Estimate. One and a half hours later they informed me that the shuttle was ready for me. On the car was nothing done. I rejected the shuttle again and said that I'm waiting until my car was inspected and the estimate given to me. One hour late and the car were still parked in front of the service bay. When I asked if I could get some water I was sent to the "Service Department" where I could buy (Service ???) a bottle for 50 cent!!! I went back to the Advisor and who told me that the shuttle was way waiting for me??? I asked her to get my car so that I could drive home. My summary is that this Dealership has a lot of room for Improvement, especially at the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). What a disappointment :-( More

Although approved we were dealing w an egocentric opinionated ..... after going back and forth for nearly a month via email we finally came in and made it very clear we didnt want to waste anytime, we did our homework and we didnt need yo be sold...simply run numbers sign papers and get out....needless to say after 6 hours and 2 days (with family in town we were missing) the sales guy wasted our time talking about politics, opinions and continued to cruise craigslist and facebook the entire time...we would recommend another dealer as we did and not waste ur time or continue to be subject to the ignorance of extremist views.... More
incompetent My daughter brought her 2014 Jeep in for an alignment and to see if any other work needed to be done such as an oil change. She came home and they had done an oil change even though the car said it was a 51% and her steering wheel was crooked and the document that came from the alignment read that it was still out by 0.40° I took her car for a test drive by the way they said they put 4 miles on it test driving it, and if you have the steering wheel straight you made a left turn. Aside from their bad service, their overall entire service system is ludicrous. There is no one there who knows the status of your vehicle or where it is in the process of being serviced. They said it would take an hour and a half to fix the problem and 4 1/2 hours later I received the vehicle. To add fire to the problem they did their multi point vehicle inspection and told us that the tires were all equally worn yet one of them was two years newer than the others, and that our spare was in good condition when we don't have a spare. So obviously they didn't actually do what they said they did. More
Worst customer service after the sale!!! Do NOT buy from this dealership!! I bought a brand new jeep this year and the roof has leaked 3 times!!! They charged my credit card for cost of rental while they tried to fix it, keep blaming the problem on the subcontractor they use, managers don't return phone calls, and the GM doesn't give a flying F about anything!!! Terrible terrible terrible experience!!!! More
