Truck sat the next day..Went out today - massive oily fluid leak under truck, Of course, it's Sunday so dealership closed. No way for this to get resolved in a timely manner, thus cancelling our road trip. And, to top it off, only had 35k miles on the truck - not near factory recommended guidelines for these fluids - so why did service rp say it was needed now? Lesson - ALWAYS look underneath after having service done. More
Ripped off I bought a used Jeep from them and tried to get them to go down in price. The sales person said he won’t because the metal fender flare, the big fancy tires and wheels and metal bumpers. One week after I had it the brakes were not working properly so I brought it in. They said they did find anything wrong and if it happened again bring it in. It continued to do it so I brought it in. Now they say to fix it I have to pay for factory tire and wheels to get put back on it. I paid extra for the tires and wheel, now I have to pay again to put their tires on it. Rip off. More

I was told that inside the shifter was broken and they replaced and fixed the whole entire shifter mechanism. Then I was told that a restriction was put on my 6 year warranty. What? Why was a restriction put on my 6 year warranty and why wasn't I notified before? Apparently, from the previous tow to Suncoast Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Seminole, John (the service manager) was the person who put the restriction on it. To make a long story short. John is sabotaging me!! He said " the damage was due to negligence and that I was commiting warranty fraud!!!". I spoke with Chrysler Jeep's Corporate office, service managers, service directors, and the general manager Wayne at Suncoast. This is not right and noone is standing by their product. I drive for work and haven't been able to since my car is sitting in the shop for over a week. I have no family out here and bills piling up. I also was in a car accident earlier this year. I can't afford $1400 Ferman Chrysler Jeep is asking for, when the shifter mechanism repair is covered over warranty due to a mechanical issue. I even had an inspection done on the car by a professional and they say it's not damaged due to negligence. I'm being sabotaged and that's not right! -Quashanda Brown More

We were introduced to Amy Simpson to show us around. Not only did she find exactly what I was looking for, but took me to a nearby park to test drive since I was a little nervous driving in traffic. While deciding to purchase the Jeep, she went out of her way to make sure we had a cold drink, drove me around the dealer lot introducing me to the different service mangers. After purchasing my Jeep Compass, she made sure it was spotless inside and out, then gave me guidance on how to use all the different controls. I would definitely recommend Suncoast Jeep. Ask for Amy Simpson she will go out of her way to take care of all your needs along with the other employees. More

They are living through their teeth, as I negotiated 2500 below MSRP High turnover: Been visiting for two years and other then the family members (owners) they can’t keep salesmen. Lead generation: standard practice to lie on the phone to get you to visit with no follow through. Will claim ignorance and attempt to make amends by inviting you back to waste more time. More
