Bought a used Nissan Rogue, noticed tranny was slipping, went to have the computer reader done, couldn't get any info on the reader, obviously they pulled a fuse. I was looking to trade in my truck for a newer car. Upon inspection, the MANAGER told me that he would only give me a certain amount, which was $2500.00 less than most others, citing that there was a repair inspection, the MANAGER told me that he would only give me a certain amount, which was $2500.00 less than most others, citing that there was a repair he was going to have to make. When I told him that I was going to take it to my mechanic to verify it, he was very insistent that I don't go anywhere else, as he wanted to do the repair himself. He insisted that we go ahead with the purchase, and once the warranty company decided to pay for the repair, he would reimburse me for the $2,500.00. He coached me as to what to say if an adjuster contacted me about the repair. He claimed I had to leave the vehicle with him for at least a week to make it available IN CASE the adjuster showed up to inspect it. I took it to my mechanic anyway, he checked it out and told me that there was NOTHING wrong with the truck as far as what that manager told me. I was very upset to say the least. I wrote a bad review on his website, and he emailed me, chastising me for the review. I will never patronize this company again, and I suggest the same to anyone else who may consider going there. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! These people LIE and will do anything for a sale. They cost us $1000's. They told us our car was AWD, which we had to have, but after the first storm, These people LIE and will do anything for a sale. They cost us $1000's. They told us our car was AWD, which we had to have, but after the first storm, we learned it wasn't. We had to sell the car ourselves, and buy a new one, somewhere else of course. Super frustrated!!! Very pushy I bought a used car there in 2015, the sales staff seemed friendly--AT FIRST. I was testing the car and the wheels squeaked and the window was having a hard time rolling down. I addressed this concern and the salesman (who insisted on riding in the car with me) said "Oh it just needs time to warm up...". Lies. I asked them to make a few corrections on the car, make sure the engine was good and the windows were working. They promised to do so by the time I picked it up a few days later. I went it and they admitted that they did NOTHING to fix anything, but it was stupid of me because I has already purchased the car. Less than a year later my alternator broke and they said they'd give me a "discount" of $400 to replace it. Not a discount at ALL. They were just interested in making a sale and nothing more. Don't trust them, family-owned but not trust-worthy. More
