Brian and Kira in service are excellent to deal with you could not have two better people representing Sun Toyota and assisting your customers. From arriving at Sun Toyota for the first time since I moved here. Advisor Leo Redding kept me informed on how my service was coming along not to mention I actually had a video of my car up on the lift th moved here. As a customer of my 2010 Rav4 I repeatedly come back to Sun's service dept. WHY , because of the superior customer service , beyond outstanding. Sun's service staff are so knowledgeable , super friendly, Sun's service dept. WHY , because of the superior customer service , beyond outstanding. Sun's service staff are so knowledgeable , super friendly, so professional, so car smart it's unbelievable how good Sun's mechanics are. They don't push anything on you. They point out the facts and we the customer make the final judgment. Not over priced very competitive. So honest and up front . My service advisor, Asst.mgr.Mr.Brett Samich along with Service Dept. Manager , Mr.Michael McKInley go beyond 10 stars to completely assure all of Sun's customers total satisfaction. Billy was very helpful and answered all my questions when I came in. Unfortunately, when I came to pick up my car, the battery post was not changed. I only know this because I asked Billy to pop the hood and I came in. Unfortunately, when I came to pick up my car, the battery post was not changed. I only know this because I asked Billy to pop the hood and see for myself. He had to take it back to maintenance and have the post changed. I didn't mind waiting but I felt like I was being taking advantage of because am a woman. It has happen to me twice in Guam when I owned 2 lexuses and I could of sued Toyota. But, I left that to God to take care of them. Other than that, Billy is great and will contact him in 6 months for check up. Thank you, Liz More
