I had Josh Hermann as my SA for the servicing on my 2018 Toyota Prius Prime. I had an unfortunate incident with a pothole after only 2 weeks from a previous alignment and replacement of all 4 tires. Josh wa Toyota Prius Prime. I had an unfortunate incident with a pothole after only 2 weeks from a previous alignment and replacement of all 4 tires. Josh was very understanding and took care of it right away. He had them do an alignment inspection and was able to take care of it for me. No questions asked. He also had the tech perform a MPI which revealed some rust on the front rotors. He recommended waiting until the brakes were replaced to have them resurfaced. He never pushed any services unless they were absolutely necessary. I appreciated that about Josh. He cares about the customer first! Thanks again Josh. More
