Sun Toyota - Service Center

I own a 19 4Runner and a 21 Tundra. After my 4R was damaged twice at Wesley Chapel Toyota I came to Sun. I explained my experience and how overprotective I am about my vehicles. They se After my 4R was damaged twice at Wesley Chapel Toyota I came to Sun. I explained my experience and how overprotective I am about my vehicles. They set me up with Dave as my mechanic. He is amazing. He talks to me and explains everything he does. He treats my cars like they were his. I’ve had one recall on the 4R and two warranty issues on the Tundra. My service advisors have been Michael, Leo and Brian. They have always treated me like I’m the most valuable customer they have and I know that isn’t the case. I really appreciate the way I’m treated here and, if at all possible, no one but Dave will ever touch my cars. I know the car/service business pretty well and I know people want to make money, but to whoever reads this review, please know that you have a team of truly good people there. Thank you. More

5th Visit, Ray Maxwell was outstanding! outgoing, friendly and effecient!
