Good Service, Quick Service I brought the avalon in for the annual inspection and oil change (5,000 miles) and was out in 1 1/2 hours. Comfortable, a bit long, pricey A very nice and comfortable dealership. Coffee was available and free. Went in for a oil change at 8am - didn't leave till almost 12:30. Had oil changed and 3year old battery replaced ( which was the top of the line and I was told it would be warrantied for 8 years). It was pro rated . Still paid almost $100.00. All in all I will go back to this dealership. It is a comfortable place to stay, I did not have an appointment so it is possible that delayed my time there somewhat. As far as pricey yes it was, but so are all the dealerships I have ever been to. Ideally it would be nice to see their prices more in line with the great mechanic shops in the area with fair pricing. More

My experience was and has left me wanting We purchased our Avalon a couple of months ago. It was certified. We have previously driven Honda's. Had air leaking a few days after purchase and the tech said the tires were old and dried out and needed replacement. we didn't notice when we purchased the car that the repairs that had been done to the body were repainted in a different color than the rest of the care. The tone of the paint was the same but was of a completely different color. Three quarters of the car is light blue but the right side of the car is grey. yesterday when I came in for a check engine light was charged "the good news" of $160.00 for a gas cap that could have been diagnosed with out the $106.00 fee being added to my bill. At this point, I won't be back for service or purchase with you again More

Lance Johnson is a great service rep I brought the car into the dealership on 4/19/2016 for a piece of molding that came off the car when it was taken through a car wash. 6 month check up, auto butler, and inside of car cleaning They did a fantastic job on the outside cleaning of car. But I am dissappointed on the inside cleaning. They couldn't have cleaned the windows prope They did a fantastic job on the outside cleaning of car. But I am dissappointed on the inside cleaning. They couldn't have cleaned the windows properly cause there was still marks on windows except the front window. Also they didn't do a good job on vacuuming or wiping down doors and seats. I was told of yes they clllean the inside and do a really good job. I don't feel they did a good job at all. MJ is the employee at the service department who assisted me. He was wonderful. He is not the employee who said the service department would do a great job on the inside cleaning, it was the man next to him. So as for MJ I give him a high rating.
