In addition, we have never purchased a car in which we did not receive a follow up call by the person we bought it from. Lastly, we were promised a free tank full of gas and when we went to get it, James, who did the promising, was rude and dismissive of the whole matter....making us feel very second class when he was all false smiles and such before the purchase... Good service, clean restrooms! I took my new Prius in for it's first service, which I thought was an oil change and tire rotation. Turns out it just needed a tire rotation.
