Tire warning (!) Warning light came on a few days ago, so I swung by the service department. Much better this time. Had our 4 Runner in for detail and auto butler - The prompt and timely service was surprising quick for this service - actually finished earlier than Had our 4 Runner in for detail and auto butler - The prompt and timely service was surprising quick for this service - actually finished earlier than they had predicted. Rear cago mat for a RAV4 I leased a 2016 RAV4 and wanted a rubber rear cargo mat for the car. Matt Howard, the accessories manager stopped to ask if I wanted anything extra put on the car before I drove it home. I mentioned I would like to get a rubber rear cargo mat, but would need to come back the next morning to purchase it. He explained that if I could get to the dealership between 10:00 a.m. and noon, since Tuesday was his day off but he would be there between those hours, he would hold a mat for me. When I came in Tuesday morning, I paged him and he had the mat ready for me. After paying for it, off I went. More
