Was having battery problems with my Avalon Hybrid (2020), went to the service department after 3:00 PM and received a friendly greeting fairly soon after arrival. Service could not be completed until Saturda went to the service department after 3:00 PM and received a friendly greeting fairly soon after arrival. Service could not be completed until Saturday morning because service department was very busy that afternoon. I was pleased with repairs that were made and grateful for the updates I received from the service technician and Josh Hermann, the Assistant Service Manager. Mr Hermann was excellent in handling my problem, I felt like he had my best interests in focus when dealing with me. He is a valuable employee!! More

About a week ago, I took my Toyota for service. My service advisor was Mr. Cristian Matias. Mr. Matias was courteous, respectful, and professional. I have had a wonderful 7-year experience with Sun Toyota and the Service Department. I cannot say enough wonderful things about my Service Advisor, Mike Rindell.
