I brought my recently purchased 2021 Toyota Highlander in for its 25,000 mile service. My service tech Mike was great. Really nice, knowledgeable, and efficient. Called Mike Rinaldi because of a nail in tire. He was able to get in in and out with in 30 minutes. On Thursday, April 6, 2023, at 9:30 am, I took my 2012 Prius to Sun Toyota for service. Because I had not had service since April of 2022, I was expecting a long wait and a big bill. Instead, I experience Prius to Sun Toyota for service. Because I had not had service since April of 2022, I was expecting a long wait and a big bill. Instead, I experienced no wait and a reasonable cost for multiple services. Service Manager Mike Rinaldi reviewed my vehicle's service history and all the coupons I had brought along. He advised me of essential needs--mainly, front brake pads and brake fluid exchange, oil change, tire rotation--, selected the coupons that would create the greatest cost savings, and quickly arranged a loaner vehicle (2023 Camry) to eliminate any waiting. Mike did not try to sell me services my vehicle did not need or was not ready for. I also chose to have the Prius washed, vacuumed, and detailed. Mike handled everything courteously and efficiently. I used the loaner vehicle to run a couple errands, but my Prius was ready by 3 pm. I used my Morgan Auto Group credit card to pay the bill--6 months, same as cash. My overall experience at the Sun Toyota Service Department on April 6 was highly positive. My car runs smoothly and looks brand new! I will return and ask for Mike Rinaldi.
