Sales are excellent Service is fair ! ! A lot of mistakes ! Couldn’t even get a inspection done or put air in my tires !! Had to come back to correct !! They don’t have the purchase points ! They don’t have the purchase points set up automatically when you do service or purchase something !! Just had inspection and oil tire rotation and I specifically asked service manager to have air checked for winter and they never did it the second time I went for service and my new two year old Silverado showed no engine light and they screwed up my inspection so i had to drive all the way back two days later to do them again ! Sales person said they have a hard time keeping mechanic’s there poor service !! I had to sit in waiting room for another hour for there mistake’s !! More
