Sales are excellent Service is fair ! ! A lot of mistakes ! Couldn’t even get a inspection done or put air in my tires !! Had to come back to correct !! They don’t have the purchase points More

Service has to do a better job !! I leased my truck from sun and every time I go for service and ask for my tires air get corrected and set for cold weather I checked it on my way home I live a half hour away and the tires weren’t wright then they were doing an inspection and the service manager came to me and asked if I had a engine light on i said no he said it wouldn’t set and I’ll have to come back he said to call him if it comes on ! So I called him twice on my way back home and said no light !! There never was a light they screwed up!! So then I had to come back and wait again for an hour before they got it in !! I told him they shouldn’t charge me for the inspection on my 2 year old Silverado crew cab !! The service at McNerney Chevrolet in Tully is a lot better where we’re got our 2023 blazer !! I’m taking both of our chevys there for now on !!! A salesman was talking to me in the showroom while I was waiting and he said they have a hard time keeping mechanics !! The sales crew is great but not the service !! We are getting two new ones next year and I am thinking twice if I will go back there !! And if you want to use your points you earned you have to look up your numbers to use them ! At McNerney they take care of that for you !!
