A pleasurable experience I arrived for a previously scheduled appointment around 10:30 A.M. You could not see any of the vehicles as a major snowstorm had hit the area the day I arrived for a previously scheduled appointment around 10:30 A.M. You could not see any of the vehicles as a major snowstorm had hit the area the day before dropping an enormous amount of snow (the dealership was closed the day before due to the storm). I think the entire employ of the dealership was in the lot clearing the snow off the vehicles. I was impressed that it was mostly done by 1:30P.M. My experience with the salesmen, Josh, was by far the best I have had ever buying a vehicle. I told Josh when we sat down that I had always hated the entire car buying experience. He immediately went walked trough the process and kept asking if I had any questions. I felt like he really wanted me to be comfortable and he accomplished this task. Even during the process he made sure I understood everything and happily answered my questions.
