Battery Failed Within a Week My family has shopped at this dealership since 1996. We have always had good service. We have brought 3 cars (all used) and 1 new truck from them over My family has shopped at this dealership since 1996. We have always had good service. We have brought 3 cars (all used) and 1 new truck from them over the years. Never had a problem til now. 2 weeks ago my son bought a used car, the sales manager said if my son had any issues bring it back to them and they would make it right. Within a week the battery failed (apparently they do not inspect the vehicles before sale). He took it back to the store. The sales manager (I have his name but will not post it here) told him "We did not make any money on the sale so we will not replace the battery" (xx as they dealership financed so now they do not tell the truth as well?) The battery cost was $155 which my son was not expecting to pay on a car he just brought. As this dealership is not invested in helping their customers after the sale and willing to say whatever to make you go away, I will not recommend them to anyone and make sure to share this experience to anyone at Shaw AFB and surrounding community who is considering a car either new or used. More

Used and new, between my son and myself, we've bought a total of eight cars from this establishment. Sales and service departments, they've always treated us with respect. Lately, the place seems to have stepped up their game. Yes, I'd recommend them. More
Excellent Experience ! I was a little worried that I was going to get slammed like normal car salesmen treat customers. I was very surprised that how they treated me. After I found my vehicle, the entire process took maybe 45 min to an hour. My advice to you is, if you're in the market for a vehicle, come see these guys! More

Went to see a used vehicle and when we drove it there was a problem with the front end (very loud and shaky). My son-in-law thought it could be the tie rod or one of the joints but the sales rep insisted it a problem with the front end (very loud and shaky). My son-in-law thought it could be the tie rod or one of the joints but the sales rep insisted it was probably the shocks. When I asked why they were selling a vehicle with a problem the sales rep replied that's why the price was low. I aksed him to take an offer to the general manager and he acted like I was wasting his time. He took the offer and then came back and said they would take $600 off if I got it fixed (said shocks should only be $40) but nothing off if I wanted them to fix it. I asked for the CarFax and it showed the vehicle had just been inspected 12/12/2012 and the problem wasn't addressed. I asked the rep to take the offer back to the GM and he said there was no way the GM would fix the problem and give a discount. He never showed me anything that it was only the shocks and not the tie rod or another problem. I'm very concerned this dealership had reported to CarFax that it was inspected but this problem was very evident. More
